چکیده

In the paper we study a deep learning based method to solve multicell downlink power control problem for sum rate maximization subject per-user constraints and per-base station (BS) constraints. The core difficulty of this is how ensure that learned results by neural network (DNN) satisfy To tackle difficulty, propose cascade projection block after traditional DNN, which projects infeasible onto constraint set. designed on geometrical interpretation constraints, low complexity, meeting real-time requirement online applications. Explicit-form expression backpropagated gradient derived proposed block, with DNN can be trained directly maximize via unsupervised learning. Simulation demonstrate advantages over existing numerical optimization methods, show robustness model mismatch between training testing datasets.

Power Control under Finite Power Constraints ∗

1. Introduction. In wireless communication, it is common that multiple users share the same radio spectrum simultaneously. Signal of one channel appears then as noise to the other channels. Hence, users transmitting power at power levels above than what is necessary to maintain a given level of signal-to-noise quality are not only wasteful of their battery power, they also cause unnecessary noi...

Multicast Rate Control under Discrete Bandwidth Constraints

In this paper, we address the rate control problem for layered multicast sessions, with the objective of solving a generalized throughput/fairness objective. Our approach is based on a combination of Lagrangian relaxation and dynamic programming. Unlike previously proposed dual-based approaches, the algorithm presented in this paper scales well as the number of multicast sessions in the network...

Multicell S-ALOHA DS-CDMA networks with Fast Power Control Error under Frequency-selective Nakagami Fading

In this paper, we have investigated the performance of a multicell S-ALOHA DSCDMA system with fast power control error on a Nakagami frequency selective environment. We analyzed how the throughput of the optimally stabilized system is affected by the channel conditions and some key system characteristics such as the processing gain or the number of fingers in the RAKE receiver. By using an idea...

Capacity Analysis of Multicell CDMA Networks with Fast Power Control under Mutltipath Fading

This paper presents a theoretical analysis of the intercell interference statistics and capacity of CDMA systems in a multipath environment where every multipath signal is affected by Rayleigh fading. The power control is assumed to be fast enough to compensate the rapid fluctuations of the radio channel due to multipath fading. Unlike many previous works, mobile users are assumed to connect to...

Dynamic Power Control under Energy and Delay Constraints

1 Information-theoretic limits of fading channels have been discussed extensively in the literature under average power constraints. In this paper, we introduce total energy constraints on transmission and study dynamic power control on a time varying channel. Three types of delay constraints are discussed: no delay constraint, soft delay constraint and strict delay constraint. We consider a bl...
